Target Audience: Cohort 5 principals and senior staff and all NEW principals who have joined cohorts 1 to 4 and did not take part in the Accredited leadership programme in 2007-8.
Participants in the 2007/2008 "Aspiring Leaders Professional Development Program (ALPD)" are invited to attend to complete the assessment module on Monday 23rd March. Satisfactory completion of the assessment component will enable these participants to gain the Certificate of Educational Leadershiip which is recognized for advanced academic credit within four local and international universities.

Trainer: NPS TEAM

Objective: To develop the leadership knowledge and skills of Principals and senior staff. This programme provides opportunities to analyse the seven leadership standards in the context of contemporary leadership theory and practice. It also enables principles to apply core knowledge and skills that will enhance effective leadership in themselves and others. There will be the option to undertake accredited activities, which, if successfully completed, would lead to credits to a higher degree
