Objective: To prepare school leadership, primarily KG/Early Years coordinators, to evaluate the quality and needs of their Early Years Programmes ( KG, Grade 1 and 2) according to the SEC Early Years Good Practice Guide and Foundation Curriculum (2008). Participants will receive specific procedures for the self-study process, for collaboration with staff to collect supporting evidence, and strategies for using data to prioritize professional development for KG, Grade 1 and 2 teachers.
