Target Audience: All grade 1 to 6 coordinators and teachers, who didn't participate in any Action Research workshops or training programs before.

Objectives:
At the end of the training program, the participants should be able to:

1. explain the main differences between action research and other types of research.
2. highlight the importance of action research for effective teaching
3. understand the cyclical model of action research
4. choose an appropriate problem for research
5. identify methods, steps and procedures necessary to conduct an action research
6. conduct a sound action research
