The Primary Educator Preparation Program (PEPP) is one of the teacher preparation diploma programs in the College of Education at Qatar University. This program is a collaborative effort between the faculty of the College of Education, Qatar University and the faculty of the College of Education and Human Development, Texas A&M University.

The Primary Educator Preparation Program is the first program in the College of Education at Qatar University to be taught in English. It is also the first program to be implemented collaboratively with an external university.

Staff, students and graduates of the Primary Educator Preparation Program (PEPP) have compiles a list of resources from 2005-2008 called :"Teacher Toolkit".
