Student's motivation was always a question that occupied teachers' minds. Yet, educational books are full of answers to this question. Moreover, better than any book is the field experience that teachers accumulate in the classroom.

From my experience and observation, the best tool for students' dicipline is differentiation in tasks and activities.

The teacher must provide a task for every student in his/her class. That is done through needs analysis. When the teacher is aware of the level of her students, she is to provide material suitable for him/her.

Also by now, we educators all know that learning should be fun. When the student is finding the task he is working on as interesting, he is immersed and occupied in it and wont find time to misbehave.

Try these pieces of advice and you should be happy.
