Topic: Natives or Non-Natives

I heartily believe that the Qatari English learners WILL NOT LEARN English the way they are desired to unless 95% or more of the Arab teachers in the independent schools are replaced with native speakers on the condition that those natives be university qualified teachers.
The cultural unwelcome impact of natives teaching our sons is clear, but can be closely monitored and kept to the minimum. Arab teachers who will lose their jobs can be compensated and sent home. This may very well sound heartless and aggressive, but what's at stake is "Thousands of Muslim Kids" whose time and effort are outrageously wasted.
The Qatari government’s main responsibility is to provide Qataris with quality education. A great amount of the National income has so far been wasted on developing Arab teachers who are not even Qataris!!! The SEC is not a charity organisation!!! Qualified! Take the job! Not qualified, get qualified somewhere else and if we still have a vacancy we'd take in!! It's as simple as that! We need to be truthful and honest towards ourselves.

Hi,
Yes, I am with Mr. Ahmad what you said is completely right!!!
It is a good topic and we need to listen to the principles and see what they think about that.
Thanks a lot
